Become a Pain Awareness Ambassador
The National Pain Awareness Campaign (NPAC) depends on its network of Pain Awareness Ambassadors to increase awareness of pain conditions and the available treatments in their communities through ongoing information and education initiatives.
If you would like to become a Pain Awareness Ambassador, and are committed to helping people learn that their pain is real, that they are not alone, and that they have options when it comes to improving their pain and their lives, please sign up to become a Pain Awareness Ambassador.
Please note that by signing up to become a Pain Awareness Ambassador, you commit to hosting or organizing at least one (and hopefully more!) pain awareness events per year. These events don’t have to be major undertakings; rather, we prefer that you plan them to fit the size and scope you are comfortable with. NPAC has developed a number of customizable tools (including op-eds, press releases and a comprehensive “To Do” list) to help you best prepare for and publicize your event.
NPAC also asks that you keep us informed about what programs you have undertaken in your community. We love to hear from our Ambassadors, and rely on your information to help us gauge the effectiveness of the measure. Please call (303) 783-8899 or e-mail us if you have any questions, or if you would just like to introduce yourself. We look forward to hearing from you!
